I began wondering if there was a way to make healthy, GAPS legal snacks without having to spend tons of time in the kitchen.
After mixing together some common ingredients that we always have on hand, this fruit dip recipe came to life!

We LOVE fruit and this dip recipe allows us to mix it up every once in a while by a adding a little extra flavor, creaminess, and sweetness!

Mix yogurt, peanut butter, and honey together in a bowl. (Mix it by hand or use an electric mixer, I like to use an electric handheld mixer, it tends to make the dip just a little more fluffy!)

- 1 cup plain yogurt Use homemade for GAPS
- 1/2 cup peanut butter All natural for GAPS
- 2 Tbsp honey
- Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl
